What You’ll Do:
- Teach and coach swimmers of all ages, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions, tailoring instruction to individual needs
- Motivate and engage children, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones
- Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment
- Liaise with parents, keeping them updated on their child’s progress and achievements

- Level 1 Swim Qualification (Essential)
- Level 2 Swim Qualification (Desirable)
- Experience working with young children, with confidence in engaging both children and parents
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
- A proactive, friendly and patient approach, ensuring swimmers feel motivated and encouraged
