What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face‑to‑face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
- Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5‑star customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of our guests and colleagues.
- Support with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and front‑of‑house organisation.
- Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a swift resolution.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer care instincts with a calm and efficient approach to problem‑solving.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
- Flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
- Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times.
