Salary: ÂŁ26,208 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (7 days, 8am-8pm)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face‑to‑face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
  • Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5‑star customer service.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of our guests and colleagues.
  • Support with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and front‑of‑house organisation.
  • Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer care instincts with a calm and efficient approach to problem‑solving.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • Flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
  • Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times.
