Join Our Support Office Team in Maidenhead. Location: Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Maidenhead, SL6 8SP. Salary: £25,000 per annum. Hours: 35 hours per week. Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months).

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders and processing them accurately in Business Central
  • Support the timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoices to ensure suppliers are paid on time
  • Help set up and maintain supplier accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Support supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Company procedures and relevant legislation
  • Develop your understanding of purchase ledger processes and the wider Group through hands-on experience and training
  • Carry out additional reasonable duties to support the finance team as required

  • Previous exposure to purchase ledger or accounting systems (including Business Central) is desirable but not essential
