At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences, and we’re looking for a Leisure Team Leader to support our Leisure Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our stunning leisure facilities at Finlake Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do

As a Leisure Team Leader, you will:

  • Supervise and support leisure team members including lifeguards, activity leaders, receptionists, and cleaners
  • Provide visible leadership, driving high standards of service and professionalism
  • Oversee daily operations of the Gym, leisure and spa facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
  • Maintain health and safety standards, including pool safety, facility checks, and record keeping
  • Assist with the delivery of our activities programme, supporting engaging and fun sessions for guests
  • Mentor, train, and support team development and performance
  • Handle guest queries and feedback, ensuring positive experiences and issue resolution
  • Work closely with the Leisure Manager, supporting all aspects of smooth leisure facility operations

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive, organised leader with:

  • Previous experience in a Gym, leisure, fitness, or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A focus on delivering great guest experiences
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within leisure operations
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential

  • Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing or a level 3 Diploma in Personal training

Desirable

  • First Aid at work
  • Pool Plant Operators Certificate
  • A Valid RLSS NLPQ UK Qualification in Pool Lifeguarding
