What You’ll Do
- Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Make bookings and reservations using the in-house system
- Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service
- Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
- Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
