This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a variety of outdoor and indoor activities that engage guests of all ages—from archery and paintball to woodland adventures and water-based fun.

What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, safe, and structured activities like archery, target paintball, water activities, and woodland adventures
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe
- Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment while following all health and safety procedures
- Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable
- Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people of all ages
- An understanding of health and safety practices
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories
- A valid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
