At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a dedicated Swimming Instructor to teach and inspire swimmers of all ages at Finlake Holiday Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach individuals and groups, help swimmers achieve their goals, and be part of a supportive and welcoming team.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and coach swimmers of all ages, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions, tailoring instruction to individual needs
  • Motivate and engage children, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones
  • Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment
  • Liaise with parents, keeping them updated on their child’s progress and achievements

Qualifications

  • Level 1 Swim Qualification (Essential)
  • Level 2 Swim Qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience working with young children, with confidence in engaging both children and parents
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
  • A proactive, friendly, and patient approach, ensuring swimmers feel motivated and encouraged
