What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the Accommodation department, ensuring high standards across housekeeping and hot tub operations
  • Plan and organise resources effectively to support occupancy levels and operational demands
  • Ensure all accommodation and hot tubs are cleaned, checked, maintained and presented to five‑star standards
  • Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver exceptional service and operational performance
  • Work closely with maintenance, sublet and wider operational teams to ensure accommodation is guest‑ready on time
  • Oversee hot tub compliance, including water testing, microbiological controls and safety procedures
  • Act as a point of escalation for guest concerns relating to accommodation presentation, cleanliness, or hot tub operations
  • Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, audit results and operational standards to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures
  • Oversee stock control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, linen and operational equipment

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous management or supervisory experience within housekeeping, accommodation hire, hospitality, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time‑management skills
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Confidence handling customer concerns and making sound operational decisions
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements

Desirable

  • Experience with hot tub operations or water testing
  • PWTAG or BISHTA accreditation
  • Familiarity with ParcVu or similar systems
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and quality standards
