What You’ll Do
As a Leisure Assistant – Lifeguard, you will:
- Lifeguard our
indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools, ensuring the safety of all guests and
responding to emergencies as required - Ensure all health
and safety standards are followed and upheld at all times - Deliver engaging
activity sessions, ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience - Set up and pack
away leisure equipment efficiently between activities - Maintain cleanliness
and hygiene standards across the leisure facilities, including pool areas - Support guests
with general enquiries and ensure they have a positive experience at our facilities
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a responsible, proactive team player who is
passionate about guest safety and leisure activities. You’ll have:
- A Valid NPLQ Certificate (Essential or training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong
communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages - A positive,
professional attitude with great teamwork and problem-solving abilities - A flexible
approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings - Ability to commute reliably on a regular bases to The Warren.
Desirable Skills
- Previous activity
leadership experience (Desirable) - GB Archery Award
or similar activity coaching qualification (Desirable not essential)
