What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience to all
guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive - Handle enquiries and take messages by phone, email,
or in person—making sure all queries are directed to the right departments
promptly - Resolve minor complaints before escalation and ensure
feedback is recorded appropriately - Support safety and security procedures, monitoring
visitor access and maintaining awareness in the reception area - Provide administrative support, including maintaining
accurate records and managing communications as well as supporting our F&B
team. - Maintain the reception area to a high standard, including
tidiness, and check inventory for office and reception supplies
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service
or front-facing role - Confidence in handling difficult situations
professionally - An eye for quality and safety standards
- Ability
to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a flexible rota - Previous F&B experience (highly
desirable) - Ability to work on your own initiative
while being part of a team
