What You’ll Do
As aMaintenance & Hot Tub Maintenance Person,you will:
- Work as part of the team across a range of lodges, ensuringall hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard
- Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaningon changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hottubs and accommodation remain in excellent condition
- Carry out general maintenance tasks across the park,including basic plumbing, decorating, and repairs to lodges and facilities
- Ensure accommodation is maintained, checked, and ready forguest arrivals to a high standard
- Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevantsupplies
- Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safeworking practices and correct use of PPE
- Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults andmaintaining operational excellence across both hot tubs and accommodation
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking adependable, proactive team memberwith:
- Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testingexperience (desirable)
- COSHH experience working with commercial cleaning chemicals
- Experience in general maintenance or practical DIY skills(e.g. basic plumbing, repairs, decorating)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in allweathers
