What You’ll Do
As a Hot Tub MaintenancePerson , you will:
- Workas part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges , ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to ahigh standard
- Carryout twice-daily water chemistry testing , deepcleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guestdisruption
- Liaisewith the housekeeping and maintenance teams toensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition
- Completeall compliance paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintainstock levels ofchemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
- Followall health and safety procedures , ensuringsafe working practices and correct use of PPE
- Supporta five-star guest experience by resolvingfaults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dependable,proactive team member with:
- Previoushot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience (desirable)
- COSHHexperience working with commercialcleaning chemicals
- Goodcommunication skills and the ability towork both independently and as part of a team
- Strongattention to detail and a solid workethic
- Physicalfitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
- Desirable: Photometer usage, Pool Plantqualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation
