At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences, and we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee and energise operations at The Hive —our on-park food and drink venue at Devon Hills Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and energise your team to deliver first-class service and seamless operations
- Motivate and develop staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Support fresh food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene
- Drive revenue and efficiency, making a profitable contribution to the park
- Champion guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional dining experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who is:
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Experienced in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or similar supervisory role
- A strong communicator and organiser, able to manage a fast-paced environment
- Confident in decision-making and problem-solving
- A true teamplayer who can inspire and develop others
