What You’ll Do
As a Grounds Person , you will:
- Complete a widerange of grounds jobs to the highest standard, including mowing, trimming, hedgecutting, weed spraying, tree works, and gritting
- Maintain thepresentation and safety of park grounds for the enjoyment of owners and guests
- Observe allHealth and Safety procedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment for you and your team
- Workcollaboratively within a team to support the upkeep of the entire parkenvironment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking anenthusiastic, hands-onteam playerwho enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in maintaining landscapes and grounds , includingmowing, hedge cutting, and general gardening
- Be reliable and self-motivated , with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in Health and Safety practices withinoutdoor environments
- Customer-focused , with excellent people skills and aproactive attitude
- In possession ofa full UK driving licence
