What You’ll Do
As aGo Active Activity Instructor, you will:
- Lead fun, safe, and structured activitieslikearchery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures
- Deliver a high standard of customer service,ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe
- Set up, maintain, and clean activityequipmentwhile following all health and safety procedures
- Promote participation, encouraging gueststo try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable
- Support the smooth delivery of our activitiesprogramme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:
- Strong communication skillsand anatural ability to engage with people of all ages
- An understanding of health and safetypractices
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helpingothers make lasting memories
- Avalid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
