Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including weekends and public bank holidays to be discussed)

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out general property maintenance including repairs, decorating and basic plumbing
  • Support the upkeep and presentation of the park through grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming and seasonal works
  • Help maintain all hot tubs, including water testing, compliance checks and reporting faults
  • Support accommodation readiness, ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests
  • Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
  • Help maintain the park to the five-star standards our owners and guests expect

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in property maintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role
  • A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Pride in delivering high standards and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices
  • Flexible approach to working hours, this role operates on a 5 out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every 4, as well as bank holiday availability.
  • Full clean valid UK driving licence essential (must be held for 3+ years)

Desirable:

  • Hot tub or water testing experience
  • COSHH experience
  • PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation
