What You’ll Do
AsAccommodation Hire Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Housekeeping Managerin the smooth day-to-day running of both Housekeeping and Hot Tub operations
- Lead and motivate teams to deliverconsistently high standards across all accommodation and spa facilities
- Ensure all lodges and hot tubs are cleaned,checked and presented to five-star standards
- Oversee hot tub compliance includingwater testing, microbiological results and safety procedures
- Act as a key point of escalation forguest concerns relating to cleanliness, presentation and hot tub safety
- Coordinate with maintenance, sublet andoperations teams to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training andperformance development across both departments
- Maintain strong stock control of cleaningsupplies, chemicals, PPE and equipment
- Monitor KPIs including guest feedback,audit results and compliance records
- Uphold all Health & Safety, COSHH andcompany compliance requirements at all times
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- Proven supervisory or leadership experiencein housekeeping, hot tub operations, or a similar hospitality environment
- Strong people leadership skills with theability to motivate, coach and develop teams
- Experiencewith basic water chemistry testing and hot tub maintenance
- Excellentorganisation, communication and time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail andpride in delivering exceptional standards
- Confidence handling guest concerns andmaking sound operational decisions
- A strong understanding of Health & Safetyand COSHH requirements
Desirable (but not essential):
- PWTAG or BISHTA accreditation
- Experience tracking KPIs and quality standards
- Familiarity with ParcVu or similar systems
