Hours: We are currently recruiting for two positions: one full-time (40 hours) and one part-time (16 hours).

At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Maintenance & Hot Tub Maintenance Person to join our team at Brokerswood Holiday Park, helping ensure our lodges, accommodation and hot tubs are maintained to the highest safety, cleanliness and operational standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful woodland setting as part of a friendly and supportive team.

What You’ll Do

  • Work as part of the team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard
  • Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hot tubs and accommodation remain in excellent condition
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks across the park, including basic plumbing, decorating, and repairs to lodges and facilities
  • Ensure accommodation is maintained, checked, and ready for guest arrivals to a high standard
  • Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of PPE
  • Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across both hot tubs and accommodation

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience (desirable)
  • COSHH experience working with commercial cleaning chemicals
  • Experience in general maintenance or practical DIY skills (e.g., basic plumbing, repairs, decorating)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
