What You’ll Do
- Teach and coach swimmers of all ages, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions, tailoring instruction to individual needs
- Motivate and engage children, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones
- Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment
- Liaise with parents, keeping them updated on their child’s progress and achievements
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Swimming Instructor who thrives on helping others succeed. You’ll have:
- Level 1 Swim Qualification (Essential)
- Level 2 Swim Qualification (Desirable)
- Experience working with young children, with confidence in engaging both children and parents
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
- A proactive, friendly, and patient approach, ensuring swimmers feel motivated and encouraged
