What You'll Do

As Deputy Food and BeverageManager, you will:

Overseethe day-to-day running of all Food &Beverage and retail operations, deputising for the F&B Manager whenrequired

Leadby example , ensuring service is consistentlydelivered to the highest standards

Train,support and motivate your team , embedding bestpractices across the department

Drivesales growth and monitor profitperformance, taking action to meet or exceed budget targets

Ensurecompliance with Health & Safety,liquor licensing, and food hygiene standards

Contributeto menu and retail development , supportingseasonal updates and innovation

Take shared responsibility for the successof allon-site F&B operations includingdining, retail and events

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident,motivated leader with:

Minimum3 years' F&B management experience ,ideally in a branded F&B operation

Proven ability in recruiting,training, and developing team

Strong knowledge of stockcontrol, GP management, and visual merchandising

Excellent communication,organisational and leadership skills

A successful track record of deputisingand supporting profitable F&B operations

Solid understanding of Health&Safety and compliance requirements
