Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis and bank holidays)

At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Maintenance, Grounds & Hot Tub Person to join our team at Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. This is a unique opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same - combining property maintenance, grounds care and hot tub operations to help keep our park looking and performing at its very best.

What You’ll Do
- Carry out general property maintenance including repairs, decorating and basic plumbing
- Support the upkeep and presentation of the park through grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming and seasonal works
- Help maintain all hot tubs, including water testing, compliance checks and reporting faults
- Support accommodation readiness, ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests
- Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Help maintain the park to the five-star standards our owners and guests expect
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in property maintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role
- A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Pride in delivering high standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices
- Flexible approach to working hours, this role operates on a 5 out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every 4, as well as bank holiday availability.
- Hot tub or water testing experience
- COSHH experience
- PWTAG or BISHTA knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
