What You’ll Do
As aLeisure Receptionist, you will:
- Handle guest querieswith professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Make bookings and reservationsusing the in-house system
- Check in customerson arrival, delivering a 5-star service
- Sign up new leisure membersand explain membership benefits
- Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programmealongside the leisure team
