What You’ll Do
As aFood& Beverage Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and energiseyour teamto deliver first-class service andseamless operations
- Oversee daily front-of-houserestaurant and bar operations
- Motivate and develop staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Drive revenue and efficiency, making a profitable contribution to the park
- Champion guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional dining experience
- Ensure compliance with health,safety, and hygiene regulations
