Job description: Our family-run business is advertising for a full-time HGV Class 2 driver based in the Daventry, Birmingham or Derby area. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to fit the role. The individual will have at least one year of driving/delivery experience and possess the ability to manage their own time. Although new pass drivers would be considered depending on convictions. Depending on workload, nights out will be required, but it's not a full-on tramping job. We always try to work back to the Midlands as all our core customers are based here. Night out gear will be required at all times though. This position is Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 45 hours per week guaranteed. This is a perfect position for somebody who likes the hours and is looking to make a decent wage at the end of the week. Role includes working as part of a team, and with like-minded people with a real enthusiasm for the job they carry out on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.

Requirements:

  • New pass drivers are encouraged to apply.
  • A good level of the English language is essential to the role.
  • Full Driving Licence with a maximum of 3 points.
  • Valid DIGI Card and Driver CPC Card.
  • ADR licence an advantage.
