Job: Service Advisor in DungannonIndustry: Motor industryOur established client are a recognised second generation family business with a reputation for excellent customer service and their ability to supply a wide range of vehicles. They are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to provide a first class after sales experience to their customers.Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in handling customer enquiries face to face and on the phone, and liaise with the workshop to ensure our customers are kept up to date and communicate the work that has been completed on their vehicle.Key responsibilities:
  • Working in a busy service environment
  • Use of Microsoft Oce, Excel & Outlook and comfortable learning new computer software and packages
  • Working to deadlines
  • Working as part of a team & building relationships
