Job Purpose
To provide accurate and timely pricing information to customers and support the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer enquiries
- Produce accurate quotations using internal systems
- Support sales team with estimating activities
- Maintain and update pricing schedules
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
- Carry out general administrative support tasks
- Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate estimating
- Support quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and related certifications)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
