Our client, based in the Omagh area supplies into the construction sector. Due to ongoing expansion, they now wish to recruit an experienced, motivated and committed Office/Sales Administrator. This is a superb long term career opportunity to join an expanding company that will reward excellence and performance.
Main Duties
- Processing customers orders on Intact and ensuring deliveries are scheduled on time and to required customer service standards
- Process quotes and follow up with potential customers to convert into orders
- Making customer calls and follow up warm calls to both new and existing/lapsed customers
- Sending out marketing literature and following up to maximise any potential opportunities
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and referring to Manager/Director as appropriate
- Handle all telephone enquiries, take messages and redirect as necessary
- Advise customers on product availability and alternative options as required
THE PERSON
- A minimum of 2 years as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator or Internal Salesperson
- Highly IT literate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include English and Maths (Grade C and above)
- Looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career opportunity
SALARY
An attractive starting salary within the range of £28k - £30k per annum will be on offer to the successful candidate.
