Our client are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Response Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their administration skills in a busy office environment.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company. Successful candidates will be given full training and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Take incoming calls from customers
- Timely response to all email enquiries
- Establishing and logging customer requirements
- Prioritising customer requests as required
- Communication with management and external departments
- Contacting suppliers if required
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure while dealing with challenging situations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial but not essential
