Property Administrator Location: Pomeroy Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm, with one day per week starting at 8:00am Hours per Week: 38.5 hours The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for aProperty Administrator to join a busy property and maintenance team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support while coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring property-related issues are dealt with efficiently. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support within a busy property environment Handling incoming calls, emails and tenant enquiries Dealing with tenant queries relating to property maintenance and planned works Maintaining accurate property and maintenance records Booking and allocating maintenance work to relevant trades, including plumbing, electrical, roofing and structural works Coordinating workloads and ensuring accurate information is passed to the appropriate team members Monitoring outstanding works and working towards agreed deadlines Responding to emergency maintenance enquiries and ensuring these are escalated appropriately Updating systems and maintaining accurate documentation Providing general administrative support to the wider property and maintenance team The ideal candidate will have: Previous administrative experience, ideally withinproperty, housing, facilities or maintenance Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A professional and customer-focused approach The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment If you are an organised and confident administrator looking to build a career within property and maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
