Our leading Manufacturing client in the Cookstown area require aParttime HR Assistantto join their team Job Details This is a permanent part-time role equating to 24 hours per week.

What you can expect in this role: Respond to employee queries received into the HR Mailbox, liaising with the Group HR representative Collate, update and file employee records appropriately Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and probation review letters Maintain and update employment records on the HR System Maintain employee benefits Process weekly and monthly changes to feed into payroll Generate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to our line managers Update our communication app regularly to reflect internal changes within the company Act as company note-taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinarys, grievances and the employee committee Onboarding- communicating, checking, and following up on new starter information including compliance requirements, e.g.
Right to Work checks Annual Leave- calculating holiday leave entitlement, adding approved leave to the company HR System Criteria: Minimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.
Minimum of one-year administration experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) Exceptional attention to detail Desirable Criteria: HR Administrative experience Experience of working with NTD or a similar HR system Experience of note-taking in complex situations Benefits: Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
