We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production teams and manufacturing processes. You will ensure efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining high quality standards and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise production processes across multiple teams and facilities
- Plan and deliver production schedules (daily to annual)
- Manage materials, supply chain, and equipment procurement/maintenance
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control while maintaining quality
- Coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and client specifications
- Identify and implement process improvements and production systems (e.g. MRP)
- Oversee facility improvements and production layout planning
Health, Safety & Quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and enforce safe working practices (including PPE)
- Maintain equipment safety checks, records, and risk assessments
- Implement quality assurance processes and resolve issues promptly
- Support ISO standard preparation and continuous improvement
People Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams across sites
- Manage staffing, performance, labour allocation, and costs
- Foster a positive, high-performing work environment
