Office Administrator in Ballygawley
Working Pattern:
Part time flexible with 3–4 days per week approx 5–6 hours per day
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a motivated, organised and reliableOffice Administratorto join their busy manufacturing and engineering environment.This is a varied and hands‑on administrative role providing support acrossHR, finance, sales, logistics and general office operations.
Duties Include:
- Recruitment and onboarding administration
- Maintain employee and training records
- Process invoices and financial documentation
- Support sales invoicing and credit control
- Coordinate deliveries and dispatch paperwork
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Provide administrative support across the wider business
The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and filing systems, preparing reports and spreadsheets, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling and general office administration, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
