Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a motivated, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join their busy manufacturing and engineering environment. This is a varied and hands-on administrative role providing support across HR, finance, sales, logistics and general office operations. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding administration, maintain employee and training records, process invoices and financial documentation, support sales invoicing and credit control, coordinate deliveries and dispatch paperwork, respond to customer enquiries, and provide administrative support across the wider business. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and filing systems, preparing reports and spreadsheets, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling and general office administration, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable, professional and confident using IT, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
