Our leading Engineering client in the Dungannon area require a Digital Systems Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, and digital transformation. This cross-functional role works closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth product and process integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert EBOMs to accurate MBOMs and manage BOM structures
- Support NPPD activities, prototype builds, and product launches
- Lead transition to improved BOM formats
- Develop and support digital manufacturing applications
- Provide shop floor support, implement ECOs, and improve processes
- Conduct time studies, create SWIs, and support tooling/jig design
- Drive efficiency and waste reduction initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong BOM/MBOM knowledge
- Experience with NPPD and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with digital tools or low-code platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable
- Digital transformation experience
- Assembly support background
- Lean or workflow optimisation knowledge
