Job Role

Customer Service Advisor in Magherafelt Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team and become someone their customers remember for all the right reasons — helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to find the best solution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Supporting customers throughout the order journey, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge, with the confidence to explain technical blind related information clearly.
  • Identifying recurring customer queries or issues and sharing feedback with the Team Leader.
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Managing your daily workload effectively while staying organised and focused.
  • What we’re looking for

Essential

  • At least 1 year’s experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Confidence using computers, excellent telephone etiquette, and a well-organised approach.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the energy to make a difference.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable

  • Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.
