Our client is a supplier to the motor industry and currently has an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering both trade and retail customers exceptional customer service, dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify needs to recommend the best products
- Taking orders from existing customers
- Developing and building new customer connections
- Making calls, connecting with businesses and building relationships
- Helping customers resolve issues by phone, email and in person
- Keeping company CRM information up to date
- Meeting realistic KPIs set by the company
What we are Looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Effective communicator, able to build rapport easily
- Previous experience working to targets
- An interest in the auto industry is desirable
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £27,000 basic, with opportunity to earn £35,000-£40,000
