We are an established retailer with showrooms across Northern Ireland. We are recruiting a Showroom Sales Executive who will represent the company and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. From initial enquiry through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact, keeping the customer up to date and following up accordingly in line with the sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining outstanding product knowledge of a range of products
- Responsible for accurate updating of the CRM in relation to sales
- Providing an excellent level of customer service and delivering a positive customer experience
- Maximising profitability and revenue
- Anticipating and identifying customer needs, building relationships and resolving issues to exceed expectations
- Managing the customer through the entire sales process – from enquiry to delivery and beyond
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and communicating it appropriately with customers
Qualifications:
- 1 Year showroom sales experience
