We are recruiting a creative and enthusiastic Graduate Graphic Designer to join a marketing team. Working within the Engineering industry, the successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Manager and wider marketing team in producing visual content for companies within the group. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills in a growing company, contributing to both digital and print marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design print assets for each brand, including brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, signage and marketing collateral.
- Produce engaging digital content for social, email marketing and websites.
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative Manager and other company departments to understand design needs across all Group companies.
- Help maintain a library of templates and brand assets.
The Person
- Degree in graphic design or related field.
- Portfolio of work showcasing branding, layout design and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe Express, Firefly and Premier Pro would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and on own initiative.
- Someone who is willing to learn, with a strong desire to grow creatively and expand skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
