Internal Sales Representative Location: Lisburn, UK Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person About the Role Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Lisburn. This role will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, supporting customers and working closely with field-based sales colleagues to maximise sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telephone and email sales, promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock. Upsell during customer calls and maximise the value of orders. Process telephone and email orders accurately and efficiently. Provide internal sales support to Field Sales Representatives. Deliver effective after-sales support to customers and contractors. A pleasant and professional telephone manner. Previous sales experience, particularly in an internal sales environment, would be an advantage. Experience in customer service is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
