Internal Sales Representative Location: Lisburn, UK Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person About the Role Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Lisburn. This role will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, supporting customers and working closely with field-based sales colleagues to maximise sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telephone and email sales, promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock. Upsell during customer calls and maximise the value of orders. Process telephone and email orders accurately and efficiently. Liaise with customers regarding pricing discrepancies, stock availability and suitable alternative products where required. Provide internal sales support to Field Sales Representatives. Deliver effective after-sales support to customers and contractors. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
About You
The successful candidate will have: A pleasant and professional telephone manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ability to use initiative and make informed decisions. Previous sales experience, particularly in an internal sales environment, would be an advantage. Experience in customer service is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn about products, systems and processes. A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
