Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record daily financial transactions and perform bank/ledger reconciliations
- Manage payroll end-to-end for a small team
- Prepare financial reports and management summaries
- Maintain accurate records and support adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Support the management team with admin and data tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a hands-on accounts role
- Payroll experience
- Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software)
- Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel; strong general IT skills
- Clear communicator with excellent organisation, accuracy, and discretion
