On behalf of our Public Services client, we are currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers to operate specified vehicles in connection with waste collection, recycling and street cleansing services.

Duties include

Completing collection schedules on a daily basis
Carry out vehicle checks including fuel, oil, water & tyres
Responsible for the general upkeep of vehicles
Reporting vehicle damage , breakdowns and accidents

Essential Criteria

Valid Cat C driving licence
Valid and up to date CPC driver card
Valid Digital Tachograph card
Ability to demonstrate ability to read and understand written instructions
Minimum 1 years relevant experience driving a Category C vehicle including manual working and record keeping
