An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate HSE Advisor to join a growing and dynamic environment. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the Health, Safety & Environmental function through a mix of practical and administrative responsibilities, gaining valuable hands-on experience across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support incident management, accident reporting, and HSE KPIs
- Assist with incident investigations and confidential reporting
- Maintain and update HSE data management systems
- Work closely with site teams across production, logistics, and leadership
- Attend site meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
- Coordinate HSE training and maintain training records
- Support general site administration related to HSE
- Process purchase orders and assist with invoice queries
- Coordinate occupational health assessments and site visits
About You
Essential:
- Degree (2:2 or above) in Environmental Health or related discipline (or due to graduate)
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
- Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with risk assessments or incident investigations
- IOSH qualification (or working towards)
- Familiarity with ERP or data management systems
