Our client are an established business with a strong existing customer base. They are recruiting Field Sales Representatives to cover Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will represent the company and promote their products to both the existing customer base and new accounts via territory management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research sales leads and market opportunities.
- Work towards agreed sales goals and targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical support to customers in person, via teams, phone or email.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Create monthly reports.
- Use CRM to effectively monitor activity and sales performance.
- Attend external and internal meetings where required.
- Understand the competitive landscape for your selected markets.
- Assist Sales Support with technical queries, supporting customers to find the best solution.
Personal Specification:
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales (experience in electrical components is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
