Our Client is an expanding company providing specialist joinery to the construction sector. Due to an increase in commercial contracts, they have an opportunity for an Estimator to join their team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pre Contract
- Implement the tendering process
- Prepare analytical estimates for designated projects
- Agree project overhead costs
- Manage the tender finalisation process
- Manage the Pricing Dictionary
- Advise on weekly basis of tendering opportunities
- Advise on monthly basis of all tender results/placings
- Prepare and keep updated database of tender performance
- Assist with the appointment of Subcontractors and Labour Only Subcontractors on designated subcontract conditions
- Manage cost feedback information for future tendering
