We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Product Support Representative to support a busy dealer network. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring parts and product support requests are handled efficiently and accurately through internal systems. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries via helpdesk systems
- Support with part identification and cross-referencing against BOMs
- Assist in sourcing required parts through internal and external suppliers
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Support credit investigations and related queries
- Participate in customer service calls and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with new product launch preparation
- Support engineering change order processes related to parts
Requirements
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade C or above)
- Experience working in a busy office or customer service environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors
