We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow the online retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ecommerce platform, optimizing customer experience, driving online sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of all digital retail activities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, focusing on maximising the presence and performance of the Business
- Grow, manage and maintain the website to ensure functionality and performance.
- Planning of delivery schedules and Driver rotas, ensuring adequate staffing to complete deliveries.
- Buying stock and point of contact for any supplier issues.
- To be a key holder and open / lock up at appointed start and closing times if required.
The Requirements:
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Magento
- Previous experience managing and maintaining a website.
- Customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Highly commercial, organised and adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
