Our Client is a growing Company supplying and distributing into engineering, agricultural and construction industries. The Company has ambitious growth plans and would like to appoint a Warehouse Manager which will be a key leadership role in the business and growth plans going forward.

  • Manage 9-10 warehouse employees
  • Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Make sure hiring, efficiency, motivation, and discipline are in line with company standards and company's Code of Conduct
  • Help out supervisors and staff when needed
  • Keep the warehouse safe and clean
  • Update and monitor stock levels and oversee cycle counts
  • Use the ERP system Intact for appropriate stock management
  • Ensure that capacity planning is carried out to facilitate demand
  • Monitor picking and packing and identify areas for improvements in the processes and people
  • Keep all data accurate and up-to-date
  • Always maintain a business improvement mindset
  • Plan, implement and complete warehouse projects as discussed with MD/GM
