Our client is a growing company supplying and distributing into engineering, agricultural and construction industries. The company has ambitious growth plans and would like to appoint a Warehouse Manager, which will be a key leadership role in the business and growth plans going forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage 9-10 warehouse employees
- Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently
- Make sure hiring, efficiency, motivation, and discipline are in line with company standards and the company's Code of Conduct
- Help out supervisors and staff when needed
- Keep the warehouse safe and clean
- Update and monitor stock levels and oversee cycle counts
- Use the ERP system Intact for appropriate stock management
- Ensure that capacity planning is carried out to facilitate demand
- Monitor picking and packing and identify areas for improvements in the processes and people
- Keep all data accurate and up-to-date
- Always maintain a business improvement mindset
- Plan, implement and complete warehouse projects as discussed with MD/GM

- Strong leadership and management capability
