Due to continued expansion, our client is currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their busy Trade Counter Duties & Responsibilities: Customer service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Deal with telephone enquiries efficiently and effectively as well as communicating with customers and colleagues Assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor. Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly organized and displayed. Assist with deliveries in and out of the store Sales and upselling: Actively promoting and selling products to customers Order processing: Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring that the correct products are selected, and managing any necessary paperwork or documentation. Cash handling: Processing cash, credit card, or other payment methods, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Collaborating with colleagues: Working closely with other team members, such as warehouse staff or sales representatives, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
